House Rules

Strictly NO pets, durian and alcohol inside the house. Strictly NO smoking inside the house. Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost. Cleanliness of the homestay is to be observed at all times. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders. Homestay guests are only allowed to use the kitchen to cook light dishes, i.e. soups, instant noodles, steamed dishes. The microwave provided in the kitchen is for the purpose of heating-up food & beverages. Homestay guests are prohibited from keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator. Lost of door key will be subject to a penalty of RM100.00. In order to ensure the peace & calamity of the homestay, guests are discouraged from making too much noise in the homestay premises before 8am & after 10pm. Guests are advised to switch off all lights and air-conditioner when leaving the room. Violation of any rule will be subject to a penalty of RM100.00 or more.

My family and I really enjoy our stay at NAZZA Homestay. The area is so peaceful and for muslims, it’s really good as it’s just a walking distance to the mosque. The crib is so clean and tidy, as you walk in you’ll feel at home. The kids really love the pool! And it’s easy for us to ensure the safety as the pool just right behind the house and yes, it’s fully equipped with private toilet nearby the pool. We can park at ease in front of the house. The internet provided is great and the kitchen is really convenient for us. Alhamdulillah, we’re really recommend this crib to all. Good job team!

La propreté le calme la proximité des commerces la grande mosquée juste à côté la disponibilité de Hafiz qui habite la maison juste derrière. La piscine est propre pour se rafraîchir et se reposer

Very tidy and lovely house Equipped with everything you need A good bed and and nice bathroom Mr hafiz is a great host and there when you need him. We had a great stay!! Will come again for sure
